In 2013, a new Korean BBQ restaurant named Towoo opened its doors in the lovely suburb of Surrey Hills. The owner, a Korean elder couple who had a vision of bringing the authentic flavors of Korean cuisine to the people of his new home.

With a focus on quality ingredients and traditional preparation methods, Towoo quickly gained a reputation for serving some of the best Korean BBQ in the area. Customers raved about the succulent, marinated meats cooked to perfection on the tabletop grills, as well as the variety of flavorful side dishes and sauces.
